Job summary

This non-exempt, full-time role offers day/night or rotating shifts, opportunities to learn machinery handling, and on-the-job training. A high school diploma, reliable transportation, and ability to obtain a DOT medical card are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Understand manufacturing processes and safety rules.
• Ability to read measuring instruments (micrometers, snap gauges, tape measures).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Willing to work day/night/rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform work in accordance with safety rules.
• Maintain highest quality standards in all tasks.
• Adhere to FMCSA cargo securement regulations and DOT regulations.
• Operate equipment including overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, saws, drill presses, grinders, gauges.
• Maintain reports and recordkeeping as required.
• Load/unload trucks, build boxes and skids, clean and weld.
• Arrive to work on time and as scheduled.
• Basic wood working capabilities.
• Interact professionally with team and other departments.
• Travel as needed.
