Job summary

T.O. Plastics in Minnesota seeks a Shipper/Dock Worker I to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will pick and pull customer orders, stage for shipping, and safely load and unload trucks while maintaining accuracy and high safety standards. A high school diploma is typical, forklift certification is preferred, and basic computer skills are required to work with Microsoft Office and various applications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Forklift certification/experience preferred and tested.
• Ability to pass forklift safety certification and operate safely.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pull customer orders.
• Stage orders for shipping.
• Safely load and unload trucks.
• Ensure shipments are complete and accurate.
• Maintain dock organization and report unsafe conditions.
