Job summary

Something Inked, LLC is seeking a Shipping Clerk to ensure shipments are accurate and on time per customer requests. You will manage ShipStation orders, coordinate carriers, and print labels for USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

The role requires lifting up to 35 lbs and standing for long periods in a fast-paced environment. You will also run end-of-day reports, handle customer pickups, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards while communicating with teammates via email.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to endure extreme temperatures and lift/move boxes up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand and be in motion at all times.
• Flexible to walk, twist, bend, stoop, pull, grip and lift merchandise.
• Ability to learn Something Inked products.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Process all company shipments through ShipStation via USPS, UPS, FedEx or per customers’ request.

• Affix proper postage to each package prior to shipping.
• Proficient in running the EOD report.

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Contribute to housekeeping and hazard-free workspace.
