Job summary

Something Inked, LLC is seeking a self-motivated Ecommerce Account Manager to support the Director of eCommerce and Web Services. You will help build new Shopify stores, maintain existing stores, and communicate with clients about their accounts.

As part of a growing team, you will work across departments to meet sales goals, ensure webstore performance, and contribute to a positive, productive work environment. This role requires strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify and ShipStation or similar shipping/fulfillment software.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn Something Inked products and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Set up client accounts in Shopify.
• Build products in Shopify.
• Manage digital inventory and adjust spreadsheets.
• Achieve sales goals through eCommerce with internal teams.
• Maintain webstore functionality and communicate with clients.

We are looking for a self-motivated eCommerce Account Manager to assist the Director of eCommerce and Web Services with day-to-day activities with building new online stores, upkeep of existing online stores and communicating with the clients regarding their account.
