Job summary

Phoenix Manufacturing seeks a Shipper at our Glasgow, Missouri facility. You will load, unload, and verify shipments, prepare finished goods for shipping, and operate forklifts to move loads on various trailers.

You will also monitor quality, maintain housekeeping, and follow safety policies. This role requires basic math, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and passing pre-employment checks; PPE will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping/receiving experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred.
• Minimum 1 year forklift operating experience.
• Ability to use basic mathematics and measurements.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• High degree of attention required to prevent injury to self and others.
• Agree to wear PPE as required by the company.
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical.
