Job summary

Phoenix Manufacturing in Glasgow, MO is seeking an Industrial Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on accurate product assembly and ensuring quality finished goods.

The industrial assembler is responsible for product assembly and directly responsible for ensuring the accuracy of finished goods. This job is a multi-skilled position and requires a keen eye for detail and physical dexterity.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**The following list provides examples of the most typical duties for this position. These duties may not include all the work that may be assigned.* Able to read and interpret fabrication drawings, specifications, and parts lists.* Knowledge and experience with the use of hand tools.* Gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.* Perform production duties such as lifting, packaging, taping, sorting, and labeling.* Advise management of found defects or safety concerns.* Move product and inventory using material handling equipment.* Maintain clean and safe working area.* Maintains inventory and request supplies and materials needed to accomplish assigned tasks.* Execute and document quality inspections.* Assists other personnel as may be required to aid them in the completion of their work activities & duties.* Other duties as assigned.* General knowledge of industrial assembly, processes, and procedures.**Additional Responsibilities / Conditions**You must have a keen eye for detail and a proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
