Phoenix Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Phoenix Manufacturing is looking for a Maintenance Technician at our Glasgow, Missouri manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for hands‑on maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and facility systems within a manufacturing environment. The technician will troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, perform scheduled preventative maintenance, and support safe plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems within the manufacturing facility.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment including CNC machines, welders, overhead cranes, and forklifts.
• Inspect equipment for proper operation and identify potential failure risks.
• Replace worn or defective parts such as bearings, belts, motors, sensors, hoses, and fittings.
• Maintain and repair facility systems including lighting, compressed air systems, and building infrastructure.
• Support installation and setup of new equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Acute attention to detail and ability to exercise good judgment.
• Operate material handling equipment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently to meet deadlines; work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Ability to work in a team environment with multiple departments and diverse personalities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment (heat, noise, dust).
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Proper PPE is required at all times.
