## Description**Phoenix Manufacturing** is looking for a**Maintenance Technician**at our Glasgow, Missouri manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for hands-on maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and facility systems within a manufacturing environment. The technician will troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, perform scheduled preventative maintenance, and support safe plant operations.**RESPONSIBILITIES*** Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems within the manufacturing facility* Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment including CNC machines, welders, overhead cranes, and forklifts* Inspect equipment for proper operation and identify potential failure risks* Replace worn or defective parts such as bearings, belts, motors, sensors, hoses, and fittings* Maintain and repair facility systems including lighting, compressed air systems, and building infrastructure* Support installation and setup of new equipment as needed## Qualifications**REQUIREMENTS*** 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred* Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals* Acute attention to detail and ability to exercise good judgement.* Operate material handling equipment.* Excellent time management and organizational skills.* Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently to meet deadlines; work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.* Ability to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.* Ability to work in a team environment with multiple departments and diverse personalities.* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment (heat, noise, dust)* Strong attention to detail and safety awareness* Proper PPE is required at all times**Phoenix Manufacturing** offers employees and their families a comprehensive benefit package to ensure their personal and family’s overall health and wellness needs are met.
