The role requires an associate degree in marine field or equivalent, plus 3+ years in shipboard machinery operations, with strong regulatory awareness and teamwork in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Marine Field or equivalent training.
• Minimum 3 years operating shipboard machinery and marine systems.
• Experience coordinating test procedures with regulatory bodies and customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, conduct and report Test Procedures.
• Coordinate tests between Production, Test, QA and Customer.
• Plan tests and issue pre-test instructions.
• Maintain LMS reporting for test activities.
• Supervise and train test crew personnel on site.
• Perform hands-on operation of ship systems and equipment.
• Fill in as Working Test Supervisor when needed.
• Manage subcontractors/repair facilities and progress work.
