Qualifications

• Assoc or Bachelor's in business, supply chain, maritime ops, engineering, or PM preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with procurement, maintenance management, reporting, or tracking systems preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance services and processing requisitions to support ship readiness.
• Develop execution plans for assigned work and ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Serve as a point of contact for ship technical matters and compliance activities.
• Collect and analyze technical performance data to support maintenance planning.
• Collaborate with shipboard and shore-side teams to resolve maintenance needs.
• Drive continuous improvement through reporting and process optimization.
• Support audits, inspections, surveys, and regulatory reviews as needed.
