Job summary

Margaritaville at Sea is seeking an HRIS Systems Developer to lead the first shipboard HRIS implementation and own ongoing system performance. You will collaborate with Legal, HR, IT, payroll, finance, and vendors to pilot a scalable HR technology platform that enhances the guest and crew experience across operations.

Based in Orlando, this in-person role requires hands-on configuration, data integrity, reporting, and user adoption training, with periodic shipboard travel to support deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience implementing, configuring, administering, or supporting HRIS platforms.
• Experience leading or participating in full-cycle HRIS implementations with requirements, testing and deployment.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, recruiting, timekeeping, or related HR systems integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS implementation for shipboard operations and ownership post-implementation.
• Configure modules, workflows, security roles, approvals, and business rules.
• Develop integrations with payroll, benefits, timekeeping, recruiting, and finance systems.
• Create system documentation, training materials, and user guides; train HR teams and managers.
