Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection in Fort Lauderdale seeks a seasoned recruiter to lead full-cycle shipboard recruitment. You will partner with hiring leaders, source candidates, conduct interviews, evaluate references, and extend offers for cruise ship roles.

Responsibilities include building talent pipelines with maritime schools, screening for medical, certification, and visa prerequisites, and maintaining accurate ATS records while meeting time-to-hire targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in cruise, maritime, hospitality, or another high-volume, service-driven industry.
• Demonstrated sourcing capability across channels, including direct outreach, schools, and referral programs.
• Familiarity with seafarer hiring requirements, including medical, certification, and visa prerequisites; willingness to learn STCW and MLC 2006 requirements.
• Experience working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruitment for assigned shipboard positions, from intake to offer.
• Delivers a candidate experience worthy of the brand, with timely and honest communication.
• Builds pipelines through hospitality and maritime schools, fairs, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Screens for seafarer eligibility, medical standards, certifications, and visa prerequisites.
• Maintains ATS records and strives for time-to-hire and quality of hire targets.
