Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a Travel Coordinator - Shipboard HR to manage full-cycle recruitment for shipboard roles, from intake to offer, across domestic and international events. You will build talent pipelines, screen candidates against seafarer requirements, and ensure timely communication and accurate ATS records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience in cruise, maritime, or hospitality.
• Proven sourcing across channels and building talent pipelines.
• Familiarity with seafarer hiring requirements or willingness to learn STCW/MLC 2006.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruitment for shipboard positions from intake to offer.
• Delivers a candidate experience worthy of the brand with timely, warm communication.
• Builds and maintains talent pipelines through schools, fairs, and referrals.
• Screens for seafarer eligibility and maintains ATS records accurately.
• Meets targets for time to hire, pipeline coverage, and quality of hire; partners with onboarding.
