Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years in high-volume recruiting, with comfort in a multicultural maritime environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of three years full-cycle recruiting experience in cruise, maritime, hospitality, or high-volume service.
• Sourcing across channels including direct outreach, schools, and referrals.
• Familiarity with seafarer hiring requirements; STCW/MLC knowledge preferred.
• Experience in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for shipboard positions from intake to offer.
• Build talent pipelines via schools, job fairs, and referrals.
• Screen for eligibility against medical, certification, and visa prerequisites.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and timely communication with candidates.
• Meet targets for time-to-hire, pipeline coverage, and quality of hire.
• Represent the company at recruitment events and travel as needed.
