Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Ship’s Liaison and Training Analyst to support the DPAE CVN program in shipboard training, personnel support, and correspondence generation.

The role requires active security clearance and extensive Navy carrier experience to coordinate training across government and contractor teams in the Hampton Roads area. You will review training plans, assist with PCU pre-commissioning and active platforms training, and ensure timely delivery of CFE/NTSP courses while

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Active Duty Navy/Carrier experience is required.
• Shipyard experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarization with standard Navy correspondence is expected.
• University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent with 10+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document shipboard training deficiencies in NTSP-related processes.
• Provide QA content reviews for NTSP, FEA, JDTA, and curriculum materials for CVN 68 and 78 class units.
• Coordinate and communicate training requirements between DPAE CVN PST and shipboard leadership.
• Ensure PCU crews receive necessary CFE training at appropriate times.
• Liaise with NAVSEA and other DoW/DoN offices to support program objectives.
• Travel locally to shipyards to support PST objectives.
