Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a current DoD SECRET clearance.
• Must have US Passport.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field or eight years of hands-on R-Supply experience.
• Experience with R-SUP and related supply stores programs, Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), and NMCI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics data in Relational Supply AIS at force/unit level.
• Provide technical support for supply assist visits and inspections.
• Support revision of TYCOM policies and instructions.
• Identify training needs and develop SFM desktop training guides.
• Analyze R-Supply reports and stock data to correct deficiencies.
• Prepare follow-up reports to evaluate stores operations.
• Train ships in day-to-day stores operations and review Mayport records.
• Conduct on-site training in shipboard R-Supply, DLR, MAM, and FIAR.
