Job summary

CACI is seeking a DPAE Aircraft Carriers Sr Cyber Security Architect to lead research, evaluation, and deployment of next-generation cyber capabilities across the CVN portfolio, focusing on naval control systems and HM&E assets.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 7+ years in machinery control and security, and an active US Secret clearance. You will collaborate with academia, FFRDCs, and Navy centers to advance cyber engineering standards and ensure rapid fielding of solutions.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering (or 10+ years equivalent in machinery control and security).
• 7+ years direct experience with machinery control systems, network security, and cyber design/testing/commissioning.
• Strong technical writing, documentation, and oral communication skills.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and implement next-generation cyber capabilities across the DPAE CVN portfolio.
• Perform technical analysis on emerging mandates, including Zero Trust for OT, control systems, and combat systems.
• Evaluate novel cybersecurity technologies to improve the CVN cybersecurity posture.
• Collaborate with academia, FFRDCs, and Naval Warfare Centers to support cyber engineering standards.
