Job summary

The Walt Disney Company’s Disney Cruise Line seeks a Shipboard Human Resources Manager to lead crew HR delivery onboard. You will serve as primary contact for crew employee relations, performance management, and HR initiatives, partnering with shipboard leaders to build trust and a high-performing workplace.

You will report to the Manager, Human Resources (shipboard) and contribute to training, organizational development, and change management strategies while living and working at sea.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of formal HR experience in at least one functional area.
• Minimum of one year experience in employee relations and/or performance management concepts and practices.
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership and/or Operations role.

Responsibilities

• Delivers shipboard HR functions including compensation and benefits, employee relations, and learning and development.
• Acts as a strategic partner to leadership and a resource to Crew for a fair, inclusive and high‑performing workplace.
• Partner with shipboard leaders to strengthen leadership behaviors and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct needs assessments for training, communication and organizational effectiveness.
• Facilitate team sessions and HR training for Crew and Officers, both returning and new hires.
• Support organizational projects by providing tools, processes and guidance for effective execution.
• Apply change management strategies to enable smooth transitions and sustainable outcomes.
