Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. seeks a senior Human Resources leader aboard our fleet to guide employee relations, training, and compliance with maritime regulations.

You will work with Senior Officers, Department Heads, and Shipboard Managers to foster a positive work environment and uphold Carnival Values. Responsibilities include investigations, disciplinary actions, onboarding and offboarding, crew accommodations, performance management, and collaboration with shore side HR.

Qualifications

• Human resources leadership experience onboard ships or in maritime environments.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Experience implementing disciplinary processes per company policies.
• Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding, crew accommodations, and scheduling.
• Knowledge of labor regulations and maritime policies (MLC, ILO).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in employee relations and guidance to shipboard managers.
• Lead investigations and disciplinary actions aligning with policies.
• Oversee onboard onboarding, offboarding, and crew accommodations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and Carnival Values.
• Coordinate with shore HR for compliance and reporting.
• Manage HR budget and supervise the onboard HR team.
