Job summary

The Walt Disney Company’s Disney Cruise Line is seeking a Shipboard Human Resources Manager to support HR service delivery for crew and officers aboard a Disney vessel.

You will be the primary contact for employee relations, performance management, and HR initiatives, collaborating with leaders to build positive relationships and act as a trusted advisor on an onboard, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of formal Human Resources experience in at least one functional area.
• Minimum of one year experience in employee relations and/or performance management concepts and practices.
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership and/or Operations role.

Responsibilities

• Delivers key shipboard HR functions including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and learning & development.
• Represents a strategic partner to leadership and a resource to crew for a fair, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
• Collaborates with shipboard leaders to strengthen leadership behaviors and implement development strategies.
• Conducts needs assessments to identify opportunities in training, communication and organizational effectiveness.
