Job summary

Raytheon, Andover facility, is seeking an Associate Director, Factory Operations Manager to lead a team of 150+ across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will ensure safety, drive continuous improvement, and enable cross-functional collaboration in a high‑tempo, DoD‑oriented environment.

You will oversee manufacturing resources, champion Enterprise Collaboration, and drive cost, quality, and schedule performance from planning through shipment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years’ experience.
• Prior Management or Leadership experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Production, and/or Quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Subassembly and Forebody deliveries associated with production of the Patriot GEM-T missile in Andover.
• Partner closely with the programs and customers to ensure alignment and accountability at all levels.
• Operate in a fast-paced, customer- and program-driven environment while enabling strategic growth, including regular interaction with senior leaders across Raytheon Operations and other functions.
