Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Ship/Receiving Clerk to handle incoming and outgoing materials, ensure accuracy of records, and support inventory activities on the manufacturing line. The role emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include checking goods, data entry, inventory management, and occasional forklift operation. The position supports overall production flow and accuracy of shipments, with opportunities for growth within Hyve Solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.
• Must work well within a team environment and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
• Maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.
• Uses computers to input data and/or manage Excel sheets.
• Maintains records of merchandise shipped and organizes inventory on the manufacturing line.
• May prepare kitting packages or conduct inventory counts.
• Completes put-away function of received goods and CPD labeling by customer requirements.
• May be re-certified and asked to operate a forklift.

Ship/Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities

• Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices.


• Maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.


• An element of using computers to input data and/or use excel sheets


• Maintains records of merchandise shipped.


• Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing line.


• May prepare kitting packages or conduct inventory counts


• Completes put-away function of received goods.


• CPD labeling by customer requirements.


• May be re-certified and asked to operate a Forklift


• Any other tasks assigned
