Job summary

Serco North America seeks a Program Manager Representative to coordinate pre-planning and execution of NAVSEA ship modernization, including alteration work packages, repair work, design requirements, and ILS identification. The PMR collaborates with shipyards, government teams, and Navy sponsors to ensure technical accuracy of ship alteration data.

The role involves extensive on-site shipyard duties, reporting to NAVSEA 21, and ensuring adherence to milestones, budgets, and growth/work-change

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of relevant work experience OR an Associate's degree with 8 years of experience OR a high school diploma with 10 years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report MSR and AIT adherence to production and test milestone schedules, and financial monitoring including availability.
• Coordinate and analyze modernization production data; serve as a technical advisor coordinating with multiple organizations.
