Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking team members to pick and ship member orders from the selling floor using handheld devices, assemble and package orders, and assist with loading trucks. The role requires lifting and moving items and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous digital handheld device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner using a handheld device to pull merchandise.
• Build boxes, shrink wrap, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and load for shipping.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and ensure timely order completion.
• Maintain a clean, safe SFC area and adhere to SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
• Meet OMNI productivity expectations and assist in other departments as needed.
