Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring a Warehouse Order Picker to support member orders and shipments. You will use a handheld scanner to locate items, build boxes, shrink wrap, and prepare pallets for pickup.

The role requires lifting, teamwork, and a commitment to fast, accurate service in a fast-paced retail environment. This position offers weekly pay and benefits consistent with BJ’s policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous digital handheld device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner using a handheld device to pull merchandise.
• Build boxes, shrink wrap packages, and move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and note any expired or short-dated items on the pick list.
• Ensure orders are picked in a timely manner and meet productivity requirements.
• Wrap and secure merchandise on pallets and print/shipping labels as needed.
