Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a warehouse team member to pull merchandise from pick lists and move items from the sales floor to staging. You will use an RF scanner to verify counts and ensure accurate locations, contributing to a fast, accurate fulfillment process.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and strong attendance, with opportunities to support digital initiatives and club standards. Prior order-pulling and wholesale retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Operate handheld RF scanner to verify merchandise and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area for ready-to-ship orders.
• Communicate inventory and equipment issues to team and escalate as needed.
• Ensure orders are picked promptly to meet productivity standards.
