Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring for an order pulling role responsible for picking and packing member orders for home and business delivery. You will use a handheld device to locate items, build boxes, shrink wrap, label pallets, and load shipments while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

The position requires 18+ years of age, prior order pulling experience, and familiarity with digital handheld devices in a big-box environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous digital handheld device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases and pick merchandise using a handheld scanner to locate items on the selling floor.
• Assemble and wrap boxes, move pallets with appropriate equipment, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Ensure orders are picked timely and communicate inventory or equipment issues.
• Maintain safe and organized SFC area and adhere to SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
• Meet productivity standards and contribute to a safe member experience.
