Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking team members to pick and ship member orders with handheld devices, ensuring accuracy and speed. You will help with packing, scanning, and loading for delivery, while maintaining safety and club standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases using a handheld device to pull merchandise from the selling floor.
• Verify merchandise with a handheld scanner and pack items securely.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and prepare for shipping.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and handle expired items.
• Ensure orders are picked in a timely manner and meet productivity goals.
• Wrap and label pallets, print shipping documents, and oversee carrier pickup.
• Maintain a clean, safe SFC area and assist with departmental duties as needed.
