Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Cost & Carrier Integration in WW Reverse Logistics Services. You will own the end-to-end transportation cost strategy, manage six to seven carrier integrations, and lead data-driven cost optimization across the US reverse logistics network.

You will influence cross-functional teams, drive launch readiness, and present program results to senior leadership, shaping the carrier strategy and CX across a sizeable logistics footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience with technology usage.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience managing carrier relationships and/or transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end transportation cost strategy and optimize across carriers.
• Manage cost reporting and insights across business reviews and leadership.
• Lead carrier integrations and define launch success criteria.
• Drive program objectives, plans, and documentation for carrier rollouts.
• Scale processes and tools to accommodate growth in carrier networks.
• Repair issues through deep dives, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Communicate programs and results to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
