Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to direct daily distribution activities within the Operations department. You will schedule labor, optimize space usage, and ensure safety and accuracy across receiving, storing, and shipping operations.

The ideal candidate has experience with WMS, strong communication, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment; forklift certification and RF handheld scanner proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and labor scheduling.
• Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Outlook.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Forklift license is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returns, maintenance and administrative activities to meet customer requirements.
• Direct and oversee daily labor assignments and plan daily labor schedules.
• Motivate and lead the team to achieve stated objectives and maintain inventory control for each account.
