Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct warehouse operations, coordinate loading/unloading, and monitor inventory accuracy. The role involves hands-on duties including forklift operation and using WMS for scanning.

Qualifications

• Some college preferred.
• 2-3 years warehouse management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Forklift certification required; ability to complete forklift safety training.

Responsibilities

• Plan pickup and delivery schedules for truck drivers.
• Assist Branch Manager in recruiting, hiring, promoting, training, and evaluating branch operations personnel.
• Monitor branch inventory levels for all product lines; coordinate with branch manager, sales, and purchasing staff.
• Oversee outbound shipments and ensure accurate loading for customer deliveries and transfers.
• Oversee inbound receiving and accuracy of product placement; create ASNs and enter data.
