Job summary

Polytainers Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily shop-floor operations under the Warehouse Manager. You will coordinate shift activities, supervise forklift operators, and ensure timely loading, unloading, and distribution of product and materials.

The role requires a valid forklift license, 2 years warehouse experience (supervisory preferred) and strong English communication. Lean manufacturing exposure (5S, Six Sigma, TPS) and HACCP/WHMIS knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Valid Forklift license (counterbalance and reach truck).
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop-floor activities and coordinate shift tasks.
• Distribute product, materials and scrap within departments; supervise forklift operations.
• Assist with order picking and staging to maximize loads.
• Record product movements using RF scanner and ensure accuracy in shipping docs.
