Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and POS operations.
• Ensure food safety, proper labeling, stocking and temperature checks.
• Train new team members and monitor cash handling compliance.
• Follow brand standards and company policies; communicate issues to leadership.
• Assist in other tasks as assigned.
