The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher-level supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs assigned work to develop management skills, learns about key aspects of the business (e.g., building customer loyalty through exceptional service), and understands CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of training, trainees are eligible for promotion to open supervisory positions. These leadership roles support store management in driving store performance and fostering customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening and closing procedures.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Anticipated Weekly Hours: 29
Time Type: Part-time
Pay Range: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location.
