Bally's Corporation in Evansville, Indiana, is seeking a Surveillance Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the security and surveillance department. You will supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate surveillance Operators, ensuring compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, work varied shifts, and operate in a 24/7 casino environment. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

• Oversee surveillance operations and supervise Operators
• Train, schedule, and evaluate surveillance staff
• Coordinate surveillance activities for gaming tables, slots, cashiers, cages, and soft count room visuals/audios
• Review daily activities, generate shift reports for Director of Surveillance
• Ensure compliance with Indiana Gaming regulations and internal controls
• Lead training for all surveillance personnel
• Maintain ability to work in extreme conditions, secondhand smoke, and loud noises
• Demonstrate required vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, focus)
• Maintain safety: lift up to 25 lbs, push/pull, reach, bend, twist, climb stairs
• Adhere to Company Service Standards and be available for varied hours including holidays/weekends
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Implement all approved procedures
• Supervises, trains subordinates, schedules, and evaluates Operators
• Supervises and coordinates activities related to surveillance of gaming tables, slot machines, cashiers, cages, and slot booth operations including the visual/audio of the soft count room
• Reviews and supervises all daily activities, reports and all related reports and prepares shift reports for the Director of Surveillance
• Responsible for training all Surveillance Personnel
• Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
• Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke and loud noises
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.; and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb up and down stairs.
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Work Environment:

The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.

Target Salary Range:

Hourly $21.10
