The role requires flexible hours, prior experience with customers, and the ability to coach staff on recipes and operations. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.

• Effective oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
