STARBUCKS COFFEE COMPANY in Minnesota seeks a shift supervisor to lead the team and ensure a welcoming, quality-focused experience for every guest.

You will coach beverage and food preparation, manage cash handling and safety, and collaborate with partners to uphold store standards while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies, quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six months of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Prepare and coach food/beverages per standard recipes or customization.
• Delegate tasks to others and coordinate team efforts.
