Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead the team in delivering high-quality beverages and food while maintaining a welcoming store environment. You will coach partners, ensure adherence to recipes, and uphold safety and cash-handling standards across shifts.

The role requires six months of customer-facing experience, ability to direct tasks and work with a diverse team, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
