Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach partners, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will direct beverage and food preparation, manage tasks across the team, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires prior customer service experience, flexibility in scheduling, and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and delegate tasks to others.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cash handling and basic point-of-sale transactions.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and store policies.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
