Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Minnesota is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, maintain quality beverages, and create a welcoming space for the community.

You will coach partners, ensure safety and store standards, and collaborate to meet customer needs across flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

• Meet store policies and standards: quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
