Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a coffeehouse team with craft and care. You will ensure quality beverages, food and customer experience, while guiding staff to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy store.

The role requires attending to store policies, safety and cash procedures, plus coaching teammates and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers and partners alike.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role or equivalent.
• Ability to coach and prepare beverages and menu items to standard recipes or customize for customers.
• Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate two or more employees.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks coffeehouse.
• Direct the work of others to meet store policies and standards.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food per standard recipes or customer requests.
• Delegate tasks to teammates and coordinate shifts for 2+ employees.
