Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a coffeehouse team and deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming community space.

You will coach baristas, ensure beverage and food quality, and uphold store safety and cash handling standards during varied shifts. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, along with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare beverages and foods to standard recipes or customize as requested.
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
