Job summary

Starbucks Corp. seeks a shift supervisor to lead a coffeehouse team with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will coach baristas, manage beverage and food prep to standard recipes, and uphold safety, cash handling, and service quality on each shift.

You’ll work flexible hours and participate in a benefits-rich environment that supports growth and teamwork. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies, cash handling, safety and security standards.
• Six months in a role interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Six months of delegating tasks to others or coordinating a small team.
