What You’ll Do

As the Shift Supervisor, you will lead shifts, ensure team members provide excellent customer service, complete their duties, and follow brand standards & food safety requirements. You will assist in training new team members and monitor compliance with cash handling policies.

• Lead team activities on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
• Follow food handling procedures.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and cleaning.
• Stock and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain product knowledge.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
• Report observations or issues to leadership.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact positively with the public and coworkers.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Frequently lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand instructions and policies.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
