Qualifications

• High School/GED and minimum 1-year related experience.
• Basic mechanical abilities and understanding of lean manufacturing.
• Proficiency with computers and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety rules and maintains clean, hazard-free work area.
• Attend shift start on time and maintain consistent attendance.
• Balance quality and productivity to meet orders on time.
• Coordinate team activities and staffing to meet production goals.
• Ensure production equipment is maintained and safe to operate.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and training of staff.
