You will oversee clinical operations, support the Director of Nursing, and ensure high-quality resident care in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment. The role requires a Florida RN license and prior nursing leadership experience, with strong clinical assessment, communication, and EMR skills.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license (active) is required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in nursing setting preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care or hospital settings is advantageous.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

RN Supervisor (3PM-11PM)

St. Augustine Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team on the 3PM-11PM shift.

As RN Supervisor, you'll support the Director of Nursing, oversee clinical operations during your shift, provide leadership to nursing staff, and help ensure residents receive exceptional care in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff
• Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and clinical oversight
• Conduct rounds and address resident care concerns
• Participate in staffing coordination and shift management
• Support employee coaching, training, and performance improvement
• Complete required documentation and reports
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive resident outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license in good standing
• Previous nursing leadership, supervisor, or management experience preferred
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or hospital settings
