St. Augustine Health & Rehabilitation Center in Florida seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team on the 3PM-11PM shift.

You will oversee clinical operations, support the Director of Nursing, and ensure high-quality resident care in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment. The role requires a Florida RN license and prior nursing leadership experience, with strong clinical assessment, communication, and EMR skills.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license (active) is required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in nursing setting preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care or hospital settings is advantageous.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
• Oversee quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and clinical oversight.
• Conduct rounds and address resident care concerns.
• Coordinate staffing and manage shifts.
• Coach, train, and drive performance improvements.
• Complete documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for positive outcomes.
