Job summary

CVS Health in Windham, NH is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and build customer loyalty through exceptional service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the staff, complete opening and closing procedures, and ensure smooth store operations, pricing, stocking, and merchandising.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule with early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers, handle questions and resolve complaints while upholding service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and weekly promotions.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews to ensure tasks are completed.
