Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance with a focus on customer service excellence.

When there is no manager onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads staff, completes opening and closing procedures, and ensures smooth daily operations while maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Support store management and supervise crews, directing tasks and following up.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews to coordinate store activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly/promotional displays.
