Job summary

CVS Health in Racine, WI is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When leadership is absent, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise, communicate with teams, and maintain high standards of customer care while managing merchandise and displays. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Required: Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; overtime as needed; respond to urgent issues at the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager/Operations Supervisor not onsite; ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture; handle inquiries and protect patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays; execute weekly promotional/seasonal merchandising and resets.
